Multimedia Producer / Editor (m/f/d)

Must Have

• Develop exciting, data-informed, innovative, and target-group-oriented moving image content for all WELT TV channels.
• Utilize AI tools for visuals, video editing, subtitling, and voice-over to create innovative content and optimize processes.
• Undertake image selection and text creation, produce videos through self-editing.
• Manage content in the CMS, including packaging and integration on digital channels/platforms.
• Monitor topics, review and process incoming feeds in image, graphics, sound, and video.
• Prepare proposals for topic conferences.
• Possess journalistic experience and learned craft from studies or traineeship.
• Interest in data-informed news journalism, current political and social topics, TV and video channels.
• Follow current political and social debates on social media and develop engaging content.
• Engage intensively with AI tools in image and video production and stay updated on new developments.
• Convey stories from a viewer's perspective for the appropriate platform.
• Communicate reliably in German and English.
• Be open to flexible shift work, including Sundays and holidays.
