Job Summary

You support our Sales Team at Media Impact and coordinate the processes for the Head of WELT & Live Experience. You work closely with many interfaces within the publishing house and the group to ensure decisions are well-prepared and processes run smoothly. You will handle operational and administrative tasks in office management, coordinate appointments, plan events, create national and international correspondence, organize business trips, and manage travel expenses. You will also liaise with internal departments and external partners.

Must Have

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of experience in a comparable assistant function, ideally in the media industry
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Service-oriented and good communication skills
  • Very good German and good English skills

Job Description

  • take on operational and administrative tasks in office management to ensure structured processes
  • coordinate appointments for the management level and plan events such as workshops to strengthen collaboration
  • create national and international correspondence in German and English to keep communication clear
  • organize business trips and process travel expense reports to ensure transparency and efficiency
  • work closely with internal interfaces within the company and group to consolidate information
  • support customers, guests, and external partners to create a professional environment

What you bring:

  • you have completed commercial vocational training
  • you bring several years of experience in a comparable assistant function, ideally in the media industry
  • you have very good MS Office skills
