As a B2B Sales Marketing Manager for France at idealo, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's presence in the French e-commerce market. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and merchant onboarding. Must Have

  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience in e-commerce, B2B Marketing, affiliate marketing, or SaaS in the French Market.
  • Fluent in French and comfortable working in English.
  • Experience executing B2B Marketing Strategy and collaborating with French B2B Marketing Agencies.
  • Strong expertise in prospecting, pitching, and negotiating with decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce business models and performance metrics (traffic acquisition, ROI, conversion).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Hands-on, action-oriented mindset.

As B2B Sales Marketing manager in France, you will play a key role in expanding idealo’s footprint in the French e-commerce market. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and handover to the account management team.

You will focus on acquiring mid- to large-size merchants in strategic verticals such as Electronics, Home & Garden, Sports, Beauty, and Auto & Moto, driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

About your new role

  • Manage the full sales cycle for merchant acquisitions, from lead generation and qualifications to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop direct relationships with French merchants, attending client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to strengthen idealo’s presence in the market.
  • Present idealo’s B2B value proposition, including Retail Media solutions, data products, and white label opportunities, to drive adoption.
  • Coordinate and act as the main point of contact with our local B2B marketing agencies to collaboratively execute marketing initiatives, including lead generation campaigns, digital marketing strategies, sales material development, and potential events or promotional activities aimed at driving lead generation and enhancing brand visibility among partners and prospects.

  • Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in B2B sales, ideally within e-commerce, B2B Marketing, affiliate marketing, or SaaS in the French Market.
  • Fluent in French and comfortable working in English within an international environment.
  • Experience in executing B2B Marketing Strategy and collaborating with French B2B Marketing Agencies. You bring strong expertise in prospecting, pitching, and negotiating with decision-makers at mid- and enterprise-level merchants.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce business models and performance metrics such as traffic acquisition, ROI, and conversion.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • You maintain a hands-on, action-oriented mindset, driving initiatives forward, removing blockers, and delivering results even in ambiguous circumstances.
