Job Summary

The AdOps Specialist role is an integral part of Awin's Account Management teams in Client Services, administratively supporting major brands in the DACH region across retail, travel, and telecommunications. This position offers an ideal entry into the industry, providing insight into building and enabling leading affiliate programs. Must Have

  • Identify and document competing brand activities
  • Support Account Managers with client presentations
  • Report compliance violations by unsolicited websites
  • Create and send publisher communications for advertisers
  • Search for new publisher partners and process applications
  • Upload and communicate campaign-specific offers to publisher partners
  • Fluent communication in English and good German skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet client deadlines
  • Willingness to support colleagues and take on additional tasks
  • Highest accuracy in internal and external work
  • Proactive approach to improving efficiency and work quality
  • Independent organization and ensuring representation during absence
  • Good responsiveness and support in training new team members after onboarding

Your Role

The role of AdOps Specialist is an integral part of our Account Management teams in Client Services. You administratively support some of the largest brands in the DACH region in our core industries, including retail, travel, and telecommunications.

The position offers an ideal entry into the industry and helps you understand how a leading affiliate program is built and how Awin enables this.

Awinners have the opportunity to apply for other positions within the company in various departments (provided experience, suitability, skills, and location requirements are met).

Your Tasks

  • Identification and documentation of competing brands' activities
  • Support Account Managers with client presentations
  • Reporting compliance violations by unsolicited websites
  • Creation and dispatch of publisher communications for advertisers
  • Searching for new publisher partners and processing current applications
  • Uploading and communicating campaign-specific offers to publisher partners

Your Profile

  • Fluent communication in English and good German skills – you will communicate daily with internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to prioritize your tasks and meet deadlines set by clients
  • Willingness to support colleagues and take on additional tasks
  • Highest accuracy in internal and external work
  • Proactive approach to improving efficiency and quality of work
  • Independent organization and ensuring representation during absence
  • After onboarding: Good responsiveness and support in training new team members
