For our Vehicle Test and Events department in the Tech & Mobility competence center, we are looking for support with a passion for cars and accessories. As an assistant, you will support us with driving tests, vehicle logistics, and organization related to our reports and comparison tests. AUTO BILD, Europe's largest car magazine, offers current, passionate, and surprising facts about cars week after week, providing practical decision-making aids for all drivers.
Must Have
- Support the test team with vehicle handovers and returns.
- Conduct transfer drives to ensure timely availability of test vehicles.
- Check vehicles for cleanliness, condition, and equipment before tests.
- Document mileage and defects for transparent vehicle evaluation.
- Assist with photo shoots and comparison tests to enable authentic content.
- Perform minor office tasks such as database maintenance and filing.
- Technical understanding and passion for automobiles.
- Valid Class B driver's license and safe driving practice.
- Openness to travel throughout Germany and occasionally abroad.
- Show initiative, quality awareness, and conscientiousness.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Very good German and English language skills.

What you will move with us:
- You support the test team with vehicle handovers and returns to ensure smooth processes.
- You carry out transfer drives so that test vehicles are available on time.
- Before tests, you check vehicles for cleanliness, condition, and equipment.
- You document mileage and defects to ensure transparency in vehicle evaluation.
- You help with photo shoots and comparison tests to enable authentic content.
- You take on smaller office tasks such as database maintenance, filing.
What you bring:
- You convince with your technical understanding and your passion for automobiles.
- You have a valid Class B driver's license and safe driving practice.
- You are open to travel; our test drives take place throughout Germany and occasionally abroad.
- You show initiative, have quality awareness, and are conscientious.
- You are familiar with MS Office.
