Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst in QA will drive data driven quality execution and various analytic QA approach for FC Online franchise game development through proactive collaboration with global partners and best practices.

Must Have

  • Build and share analytics and BI dashboards and reports, ensuring comprehensive user documentation is provided
  • Maintain high-quality and reliable BI dashboards and connected data sources to support confident decision-making across the team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop data requests, validate incoming data, and follow up on issues related to data, metrics, and visualizations with data providers
  • Develop and track key metrics and KPIs, utilizing statistical software, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for in-depth analysis
  • Design, monitor, and evaluate key metrics, conducting root cause analysis for changes in KPIs and business trends
  • Develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, manipulate, clean, and transform data from a variety of sources
  • Perform quality assurance on data deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytics processes and dashboard effectiveness
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics roles, including data mining, data wrangling, shaping, visualization, and forecasting
  • Advanced skills in data visualization for charts and reports
  • Proficient in database management and SQL, including advanced Power Query and DAX functions
  • Demonstrated experience in data model design and performance optimization
  • Strong data analysis skills: proficient in R programming, and mastery of MS Excel (including VBA, PivotTables, and array functions)
  • Experience with Power BI CI/CD processes, including deployment pipelines
  • Proven ability to create comprehensive user guides and operational documentation
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira, JaaS, or similar platforms

Good to Have

  • Preferred experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Fluency in English (strongly preferred)

General Info

  • The Data Analyst role, in QA organization, will be responsible for assembling various game development and QA data from multiple sources, conducting analysis, performing research, interacting with different internal customers, designing, documenting, and implementing analytical solutions, as well as compiling and presenting results, in graphical and written summaries, to a variety of audiences. You will be responsible for building metrics reporting systems and for tracking process improvements across the organization.
