Job Summary
This role involves the timely deployment, installation, qualification, and sustaining of assigned Test equipment and processes to support product or package manufacturing. Key responsibilities include improving and maintaining equipment health, driving continuous improvement projects, participating in equipment development, defining process control systems, providing technician training, and establishing collateral requirements. The engineer will also interact with supporting groups through virtual factory partnerships.
Must Have
- Timely deployment, installation, qualification, and sustaining of assigned Test equipment and/or related processes.
- Improving and sustaining Test equipment health and processes to meet safety, quality, and productivity.
- Driving resolution and continuous improvement projects through Virtual Factories and Copy Exactly.
- Participating in development or evaluation of equipment and tooling to meet Module spec and high volume manufacturing needs.
- Defining or improving process control systems related to module to prevent excursions.
- Providing training and guidance to technicians to improve their competency.
- Establishing respective collateral requirements such as metrology and spares.
- Interacting with supporting groups through virtual factory partnership.
- Degree in Engineering field (preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and planning skills.
- Good leadership, training, and organizational skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Test Process/Test Methodology.

In this position, you will be responsible for timely deployment, installation, qualification and sustaining of assigned Test equipment and/or related processes to support product or package.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Improving and sustain the Test equipment healthy and process to meet safety, quality, productivity

Qualifications:
You must possess a Degree in Engineering field preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering.
Additional qualifications include:
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills to timely resolve issue
- Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and planning skills
- Possess Good leadership, training and organizational skills
- Have knowledge of Test Process/Test Methodology would be an added advantage
