Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional to drive the adoption and sales of Intel technology in collaboration with leading retail players. The ideal candidate will be energetic, experienced, and highly motivated to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and category teams. Your role will be crucial in accelerating market penetration and ensuring our technology is well positioned for success. The role requires an excellent business management acumen along with an in-depth understanding of the organized retail market of country. RSM will develop and maintain an effective strategic partnership with the retailer's teams to shape and grow demand generation, promotional opportunities, and brand advocacy programs. RSM will collaborate with the sales team, product groups, and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute retailer expansion programs, sharing partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings. RSM will track competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to build and capitalize on changing opportunities. The RSM will be a commissioned salesperson responsible for all levels of account management with our retail partner including growing Intel units and revenue, managing and jointly executing marketing, merchandising, training strategies. RSM's technology advocacy and ability to communicate with external and internal customers will enable Intel to Win Retail assort to grow volume and revenue. RSM will be instrumental in driving the latest technologies, devising new business models, GTMs and evaluating new segments to maximize iA PC business.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Manage retailer relationships, develop retailer business plan and execute
  • Identify barriers to accelerating PC sales growth and work with stakeholders to define and solve for it resulting in increase of consumption revenue.
  • Devise/Create sales strategies to win business for Intel in the consumer space by partnering with retail partner with a 4P approach in India over years.
  • Influence and develop partner programs to drive product placement and higher Intel mix (slots instore and online by working with sales development account manager) to grow sell though revenue.
  • Engage proactively and effectively with internal business teams, regional and other stakeholders to communicate local market trends, threats, and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy.
  • Work with OEM teams to build solid relationship with Country OEMs to gain visibility on and influence their retail product assortment strategies and offerings to the key country retail accounts.
  • Identify retail assortment portfolio gaps and then build a strategy to prioritize Intel volume over competition.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should be an MBA with 10+ years experience
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, IT, Telecom, Retail segments.
  • Proven Business and Financial acumen by understanding the market segment and its dependencies
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive and category management teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, data with ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
