Working Student (m/f/d) for Customer Service

As a Working Student for Customer Service, you will support the team in handling written customer inquiries, identify and implement improvements in the customer service system, and assist customers in optimally using the platform. You should be a team player, independent, goal-oriented, responsible, and enjoy solving problems. An open-minded, communicative personality who can handle various characters and remain calm in hectic situations is essential. You must be flexible, available at least 15 hours per week, and currently enrolled in any degree program.
