Hospital Equipment Technician

The Hospital Equipment Technician provides technical support to clients on operational and preservation aspects of medical equipment, specifically in magnetic resonance, hemodynamics, and computed tomography in Brasília - DF. Responsibilities include verifying operational quality, diagnosing failures (mechanical, hardware, software), interpreting client needs, maintaining records, and preparing reports. This is a full-time field position requiring residence in Brasília, relevant technical or engineering education, active CREA, intermediate English, and experience as a Field Technician.

Must Have

• Provide technical support for operational and preservation aspects of medical equipment (MRI, hemodynamics, CT) in Brasília - DF
• Verify and approve operational quality of equipment/systems
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures
• Maintain updated records and documents according to company policies
• Reside in Brasília - DF
• Complete Technical or Higher Education in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Active CREA certification
• Intermediate English (reading and written comprehension)
• Experience as a Field Technician
• Availability for travel

Good to Have

• Experience with large hospital equipment (Tomography, Resonance, Hemodynamics etc.)

Your function:

• Provide technical support to clients regarding operational or preservation aspects of equipment and/or systems.
• Verify and approve the operational quality of equipment and/or system.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using procedures established by the headquarters.
• Interpret client needs, identify the problem solver, and direct within the company's internal structure.
• Maintain all records and documents updated according to company policies and legislation.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service capacity problems.

Requirements:

• Availability to reside in Brasília - DF.
• High School + Technical or complete Higher Education in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Active CREA.
• Intermediate English - reading and written comprehension.
• Experience in the area as a Field Technician, preferably with large hospital equipment - Tomography, Resonance, Hemodynamics etc.
• Availability for travel
