- Willing to take responsibility and travel
- Must have a driving license and own vehicle

Field Service Engineer
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and FCO. This role is important in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty, playing a key role in expanding service and sales operations.
You are responsible for
• Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, installation and FCO; Focus on the efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet all KPI requirements to ensure effective implementation of service processes and quality.
• Support sales business
• Participate in training and develop relevant knowledge and skills, and pass the company's technical capability assessment, focusing on service competency levels and actual service capabilities.
• Provide service support to team members as required, Focus on good teamwork.
• Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report accurately and timely according to company and customer requirements.
• Provide customer education and training, including proper product usage, maintenance knowledge, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide customers simplified maintenance manuals, repair manuals, and various maintenance reports.
• Other tasks assigned by manager & company.
You are a part of
Services & Solution Delivery team, which is playing an important role to ensure Philips services delivery. You will report to Service Area Manager and cooperate with Service Sales, Modality Sales & other services related teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
• Bachelor or above degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or other related majors
• Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry is preferred; recent graduates will also be considered.
• Strong technical knowledge on healthcare products
• Strong communication skill
• Clear and logic thinking
• Ability to handle multi tasks
• Good execution skills
• Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Willing to take responsibility and travel
