ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social marketing strategies, fostering community interaction, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The candidate will have a strong understanding of various social platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in driving engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Planning
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven social media plans that are closely aligned with the overall goals of marketing campaigns. This includes analyzing market trends, user data, and campaign objectives to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Design and implement platform-specific campaigns tailored to different target audiences. For example, create thought leadership content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on relevant platforms to establish our brand as an authority in the industry, and develop engaging Instagram Reels focused on patient tips to connect with and support the patient community.
- Define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, such as engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, and saves) and lead conversion rate, to measure the success and effectiveness of social media efforts. Regularly monitor and analyze these KPIs to make data-driven adjustments and optimizations.
User Engagement & Channel Optimization:
- Leverage channel-specific expertise to drive user engagement across various platforms. This includes utilizing SEO/SEM strategies to increase search traffic and improve the visibility of our content in search engine results.
- Implement social media performance tracking tools and methodologies to monitor and evaluate the performance of content and campaigns on different social media channels. Analyze the data to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns, and use this information to develop targeted engagement strategies.
- Foster active community interaction to build trust and loyalty among users. This involves responding to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, initiating discussions, and creating opportunities for users to connect with each other and with the brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including program management, product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of social marketing strategies with overall business objectives and program initiatives.
- Share insights and data from social media activities with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and improve program performance.
Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure that all social media content, campaigns, and activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of social media content and activities to identify and mitigate potential risks, such as legal issues, reputational damage, or non-compliance.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to address identified risks and ensure the integrity and safety of the brand's social media presence.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum of 5-8years years of proven experience in social media marketing and operations, preferably in [relevant industry, e.g., healthcare, technology].
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best practices for engagement and conversion.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
