Must Have
- Maintain existing customers, acquire new prescriptions, and develop new customers/markets
- Formulate and execute concrete action plans based on complex customer information collection and analysis

- Manage regional KOLs
- Introduce home-use medical devices to patients according to doctor's prescriptions
- Manage devices for assigned facilities and patients
- Comply with in-hospital rules and conduct ethical sales activities
- Achieve sales targets
- Perform internal tasks (sales processing, equipment management)
- Respond to patient homes during night or emergencies (respiratory equipment)
- 2+ years of sales experience (corporate or individual)
- Customer negotiation experience

Job Description
Sales of home medical devices specializing in sleep and respiratory fields.
You will be responsible for sales of Philips home medical devices. Sales targets are healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, clinical laboratory technicians) and hospital personnel. Beyond simply selling products, you will understand the needs of doctors and patients, provide optimal proposals, explain usage methods, and conduct study sessions to ensure safe and correct use.
While many companies propose products from affiliated overseas manufacturers, we handle our own products. This allows us to make proposals with a sense of speed and provide meticulous support.
- Maintain existing customers, acquire new prescriptions, and develop and cultivate new customers and markets.

The proposed products are devices used by patients at home. In some cases, visits to patient homes may be required (for introduction, maintenance, etc.).

[Contract Period] No fixed term
[Probationary Period] Yes (generally 6 months from date of joining)
[Work Location] Nagoya Sales Office
[Working Hours] 9:00-17:30, Break: 1 hour
[Overtime] Approximately 30-40 hours per month
[Holidays] 125 annual holidays, 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), National holidays, New Year holidays (December 29th - January 4th), Private injury/illness leave, Paid leave, Condolence leave, etc.

[Salary] Basic annual salary 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY (includes deemed allowance). Will be considered based on experience.
