Job Summary

The International Key Account Manager is responsible for the development, management, and growth of strategic international clients. The role involves building long-term partnerships, increasing revenue, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across different markets. You will be the primary contact for key accounts, coordinate internal stakeholders, and drive the implementation of account plans aligned with the company's global strategy.

Must Have

  • Manage a portfolio of international key accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and in new markets.
  • Be the primary contact for all commercial and contractual questions for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to propose adapted solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular reviews, business meetings, and performance reports.
  • Lead contractual negotiations, pricing discussions, and annual agreements with key clients.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, tenders, and presentations.
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, and volumes to ensure objectives are met.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Product teams.
  • Coordinate forecasts and demand planning with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to support product development and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends for each key account.
  • Prepare regular reports and business reviews for management.
  • Maintain up-to-date data in CRM and other relevant systems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
  • Proven experience in key account management and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted and long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, prices and margins.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Availability for international travel up to 50% of the time.

Your missions

Account Management and Development

  • Manage a portfolio of international key accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.

Client Relationship and Service

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends for each key account.
  • Prepare regular reports and business reviews for management.

Your strengths for success:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in an international environment within the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in key account management and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted and long-term relationships at different levels (operational to general management).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, prices, and margins.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Availability for international travel up to 50% of the time.

You will be part of the European Business Development & IKAM team and report to the Leader. You will join an international team of commercial, marketing, clinical, technical, and medical technology experts focused on customer satisfaction, commercial performance, and the integration of innovative solutions in healthcare.

Position based in Suresnes. Possibility of location in a major city in France.
