This role offers the opportunity to deeply understand the technical characteristics and clinical applications of imaging equipment. The primary goal is to successfully complete after-sales service sales targets, while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, achieving growth in sales and profit margins, selling service products, and fostering strong customer relationships with direct sales clients and key experts.

Must Have

  • Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales and profit growth.
  • Sell service products including contracts, repair parts, and full lifecycle solutions.
  • Provide direct sales customer service and collaborate with equipment sales teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key experts and customers.
  • Possess good market operation ability and rich key account management experience.
  • Demonstrate good resource control, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Have rich professional product knowledge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Fully understand the technical characteristics and clinical application scope of imaging equipment, thereby better completing the after-sales service sales tasks assigned by the company, and maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities are

  • Formulate sales strategies based on regional customer characteristics, effectively execute market sales strategies and achieve growth in sales and profit margins.
  • Sell company service products (service contracts, repair parts, full lifecycle service solutions, etc.) to meet company performance requirements.
  • Provide direct sales customer service and collaborate with the equipment sales team to maintain good customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with important experts, maintain customers in the jurisdiction, and positively influence the market.
