This role involves understanding the technical characteristics and clinical applications of imaging equipment to effectively complete after-sales service sales tasks and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies for regional customers, achieving sales and profit targets for service products, managing direct sales customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with key experts and customers in the assigned area.

Must Have

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Fully understand the technical characteristics and clinical application scope of imaging equipment, so as to better complete the after-sales service sales tasks assigned by the company and maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Formulate sales strategies based on the characteristics of regional customers, effectively implement market sales strategies, and achieve growth in sales and profit margins.
  • Sell company service products (service contracts, repair parts, full lifecycle service solutions, etc.) to meet company performance requirements.
  • Provide good direct sales customer service and cooperate with the equipment sales team to maintain good customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with important experts and maintain customers in the assigned area, having a positive impact on the market.
