Motorola Solutions Peru is looking for an HSEQ supervisor to work on an important mining project. The role involves developing and supervising the annual risk prevention program, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, conducting site visits, creating and executing risk prevention procedures, investigating incidents, and managing occupational health plans. The supervisor will also fiscalize and control project safety, identify and control safety, occupational health, and environmental risks and impacts.

Must Have

• Develop the company's annual risk prevention program (training, medical surveillance - Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene, Audit Plan).
• Supervise compliance with current legal regulations in risk prevention, occupational health, and industrial safety.
• Conduct site visits where the company provides services.
• Prepare, communicate, and execute procedures related to risk prevention and work accidents.
• Investigate incidents that occur on site with the work team, reporting to direct management.
• Determine the accident investigation methodology.
• Keep the medical surveillance plan updated and coordinated with the mutual organization (Mutual) to which the company is affiliated.
• Fiscalize and control the safety of projects executed by our company and by contractors.
• Identify hazards and evaluate, control safety, occupational health, and environmental risks.
• Identify environmental aspects; evaluate and control their impacts on the environment.
• Ensure compliance with current Peruvian regulations (certificates and resolutions).
• Knowledge of legal regulations in the field of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Labor.
• Knowledge of regulations governing mining.
• Knowledge and management of pre-occupational and occupational examination management and control.
• Accredit personnel with the client, and support vehicle accreditation.
• Preparation of startup folders for company accreditation in mining projects.
• Control and review startup folders of contractor companies.
• Mandatory adherence to procedures and standards.
• Enforce these procedures in the field.
• Execute and control the Occupational Health, Drowsiness, Emergency, and Safety Plan.

Basic Requirements

• Safety and Environmental Engineer
• With extensive knowledge in DS 024-2016 EM, specialist in safety and environmental controls.
• Experience in SHE management in telecommunications.
