At Motorola Solutions, we are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud DevOps Intern for 2026 to join our IT organization in Bangalore, India. This role involves building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, with a focus on continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security. The intern will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system security, and collaborating with various teams. A fair understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex Code, Lightning Web Components, and automation flows is essential. Must Have

• Expected to be an SME for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure security measures are in place for systems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline the Salesforce development and release process
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD Tools and Salesforce deployments
• Monitor and optimise pipeline performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, Architects, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between development teams and operations to ensure alignment and smooth deployments
• Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of Salesforce applications and deployments
• Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices
• Proficiency with version control systems, such as Bitbucket
• 1-2 years of experience in a role as a DevOps Engineer working with the Salesforce Cloud platform primarily
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Experience working in a DevOps setting using the latest DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube, DevOps Architecture and Dynatrace
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker)

Job Description

As the Salesforce Service Cloud DevOps, you are a key member of Motorola Solutions’ Salesforce IT working on the delivery portfolio of diverse technology projects alongside a team of talented Salesforce team. Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, utilising knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. A fair understanding of Salesforce Configuration, Components, Apex Code knowledge, Lightning Web Component, Aura component, and Automation flows. Eagerness to enhance technical knowledge.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the Salesforce development and release process
• Monitor and optimise pipeline performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, Architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Facilitate communication between development teams and operations to ensure alignment and smooth deployments

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Computer Science or Business from an accredited university.
• 1-2 years of experience in a role as a DevOps Engineer working with the Salesforce Cloud platform primarily.
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Experience working in a DevOps setting using the latest DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube, DevOps Architecture and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus
• Experience with Jira and Jenkins
