As an Account Manager at Awin BNL, you will be the primary contact for leading brands in the Benelux, managing and optimizing their affiliate programs to achieve maximum results. You will collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and affiliates to develop and execute impactful strategies. Your responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, analyzing performance, advising on opportunities, building strong partnerships, reporting data into actionable insights, proactive problem-solving, and networking at events.

Must Have

• Understand affiliate models (CPA, CPL)
• Be analytically strong
• Be communicatively skilled in Dutch and English
• Be independent and a team player
• Have experience with tools like Excel, Power BI or Tableau (or be willing to learn)
• Be enthusiastic, commercial and driven to grow customers
