Controller

As a Controller in the Finance & Controlling PREMIUM-GROUP team, you will be responsible for revenue and cost controlling across various business units. Your role involves being the primary finance contact for departments, managing monthly and annual closings, and generating analyses and reports to support management decisions. You will also coordinate budget planning, monthly forecasts, and continuously develop key performance indicators for the PREMIUM-GROUP.

What you will move with us:

• Responsible for revenue and cost controlling of the various business areas of the PREMIUM-GROUP.
• You are the contact person for finance topics for the departments.
• Take over monthly and annual closings.
• Create actual/target analyses and reports and thus support management in its decisions.
• You coordinate and support budget planning as well as the monthly forecast process.
• You develop the key performance indicators for steering the PREMIUM-GROUP further.

What you bring:

• You have a completed degree with a business administration focus or comparable training.
• First professional experience in controlling, ideally in business and editorial teams, so that you bring diverse insights.
• You have knowledge in the commercial support of license agreements, especially from a licensee perspective, as well as excellent MS Excel skills.
• Structured, precise, and pragmatic way of working to present complex issues clearly.
• You are familiar with the SAP environment and are curious and interested in IT topics.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
