Job Summary
Push Gaming is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee the Group's comprehensive tax landscape, including corporate tax, payroll taxes, VAT, and transfer pricing. The role involves providing strategic tax support for corporate actions, ensuring continuous compliance with tax legislation, and acting as the primary contact for tax authorities. The manager will also manage external advisors, advise the Group Board of Directors, and drive value-creating projects to optimize the Group's tax structure. This hybrid role is based in Malta.
Must Have

- Assist in quarterly and annual group tax reporting
- Strong professional experience (5-7 years) in an international tax environment
- Solid knowledge of Maltese tax laws
- Fluency in English

Position Overview:
As we continue to grow and expand, we have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our team.
Location: remote/hybrid in Malta, Ta' Xbiex
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assume ownership of the Group's comprehensive tax landscape, including corporate tax, payroll taxes, VAT, transfer pricing, and other tax incentives.
- Provide strategic tax support for corporate actions, including acquisitions and divestments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Finance) to address broader business needs.
- Ensure continuous compliance by staying abreast of changes in domestic, international, and gaming-specific tax legislation.
- Act as the primary contact person for all communications with tax authorities and regulators.
- Manage engagements with external advisors on specialized tax projects.
- Offer expert advice to management and the Group Board of Directors.
- Drive value-creating projects with a strong commercial mindset to optimize the Group's tax structure.
- Prepare all necessary tax computations, tax returns, and required tax compliance documentation.
- Assist in the compilation of the quarterly and annual group tax reporting package.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong professional experience (approximately 5-7 years) in an international tax environment.
- Experience within the iGaming sector is highly desirable.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing market conditions.
- Possesses a curious and problem-solving-oriented mindset.
- Highly analytical with a strong commitment to driving continuous change and improvement.
- Adept at translating complex tax issues into practical business applications.
- Solid knowledge of Maltese tax laws is essential.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or a similar relevant field.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
