Business Development Manager

We are looking for a hungry and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team spearheading our expansion across multiple regions. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing key relationships with potential clients, ensuring our games reach a wider audience. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, strong commercial knowledge, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and target new business through existing industry contacts, researching new markets, proactive outreach, discussions with potential operators and attending industry conferences and events
  • Qualify leads based upon their success, proven track record and approach to marketing
  • Engage prospects at an exec level, taking ownership of negotiations
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Own the entire sales cycle and onboarding process including contracts, integration and ensuring an effective handover of the client to our internal AM Team
  • Delivering and exceeding on targets
  • Monitor progress, evaluate gaps, put strategies in place to ensure deadlines and targets are met, and keep internal stakeholders updated
  • Promote and champion Push Gaming and company values at external industry events
  • Educate internal stakeholders on product development direction in respective markets

Your experience:

  • Experience of working with a leading B2B iGaming provider is essential
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting commercial relationships with customers
  • Ability to identify and exploit new sales potential
  • Technical awareness of legal requirements
  • Ability to think strategically particularly with regards to problem solving
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and legal agreements
  • Previous experience working in a target driven environment
