Job Summary

The Collaboration and Automation Solutions team specializes in providing and managing Microsoft end-user products, including Office 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), and AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT), as well as storage and backup services. The role involves IT Service Management for M365 products, managing service providers, monitoring the M365 roadmap, and supporting the administration and optimization of these platforms.
Must Have
- Manage IT Service Management for M365 products and service providers.
- Monitor M365 roadmap, initiate user communication and training.
- Provide and administer Office 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI solutions.
- Provide and administer Azure Files and SharePoint storage solutions.
- Establish and manage M365 backup solutions and processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and team for efficient platform delivery.
- Support process development and automation within the team.
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management in a Microsoft environment.
- Strong interest in M365 Copilot and driving user adoption.
- Experience in technical project management for implementation and process optimization.
- Experience in managing external service providers.

The Collaboration and Automation Solutions team in the Customer and Core Services division brings together the threads around Microsoft's end-user products. We specialize in the provision and management of the Office 365 platform, Power Platform (especially Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), as well as AI solutions (Azure OpenAI and ChatGPT). In addition, we offer other end-user services such as storage and backup solutions.
What you will do:
- You will take over IT Service Management for the team's M365 products and manage our service providers.
- You will keep an eye on innovations in the M365 roadmap with a user focus, initiate and accompany user communication and training.
- You will provide active support in the provision and administration of existing Office 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI solutions.
- You will provide and administer storage solutions based on Azure Files and SharePoint.
- You will establish and manage our M365 backup solution and the associated processes.
- You will work closely with the Product Owner and the team to ensure efficient provision and management of the mentioned platforms and solutions.
- You will support the development and optimization of processes and automations within the team and in the department.
What you bring:
- You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in IT Service Management or a comparable role in the Microsoft environment.
- You have a great interest in new products, such as M365 Copilot, and are keen to drive and support user adoption.
- You have experience in technical project management for implementation projects and process optimizations.
- You have experience in managing external service providers and enjoy working effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Your pronounced customer and user orientation and strong communication skills in German and English distinguish you.
- High self-initiative and willingness to learn new topics are prerequisites.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex requirements and implement them into product solutions are among your strengths.
