Job Summary
Atomic 212°, an award-winning media agency within Publicis Groupe ANZ, seeks a dynamic Brand Executive. This role involves shaping and amplifying the agency's brand voice, driving its presence, and celebrating achievements. The Brand Executive will be responsible for brand storytelling, PR, contributing to business growth through pitches, coordinating awards submissions, planning events, and creating social content and branded assets. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
Must Have
- Craft compelling narratives for the Atomic 212° brand
- Execute strategic PR initiatives to build awareness and industry presence
- Collaborate on creative, high-impact pitches and proposals
- Own and coordinate all agency awards submissions
- Plan and execute events for internal and external attendees
- Manage social content creation
- Contribute to the production of branded assets (videos, photography, event invitations)
- 2+ years of experience in a Brand, Marketing, or Communications role
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

- Experience with Mailchimp
- Genuine passion for social content creation/production

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Brand Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our agency's identity and propelling our recognition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Brand Storytelling & PR: Craft compelling narratives to champion the Atomic 212° brand and execute strategic PR initiatives that build awareness and industry presence.
- Business Growth & Agency Profile: Collaborate across the business and with external partners on creative, high-impact pitches and proposals, showcasing our expertise and helping to secure exciting new business opportunities.
- Awards & Recognition: Own and coordinate all agency awards submissions, ensuring Atomic 212°’s groundbreaking achievements are recognised and celebrated on a global stage.
- Event Orchestration* Plan and execute incredible events for both internal and external attendees that reinforce our brand positioning, inspire stakeholders, and create lasting impressions.
- Content Creation & Production: Manage social content creation and contribute to the production of branded assets, including videos, photography, and engaging event invitations.
What You'll Bring:
We're seeking a proactive, organised, and passionate individual ready to elevate our brand.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Brand, Marketing, or Communications role, ideally within an agency or brand marketing environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, with the proven ability to craft persuasive pitches, compelling award submissions, and engaging brand stories.
- Organisational Prowess: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable and confident collaborating with diverse teams and individuals across various skillsets and experiences.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A collaborative and proactive mindset, passionate about driving ideas forward, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Digital Savvy (Bonus!): Experience with Mailchimp and a genuine passion for social content creation/production would be highly desirable.
