Junior Quality Engineer

As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will enhance the reliability of solutions used daily by millions of users. Join the team responsible for our biggest brands: Onet.pl, Fakt.pl, Przegląd Sportowy, Newsweek, Business Insider, Forbes. You are starting your adventure with quality engineering, understand that quality is built from the beginning of the process, want to develop in a modern environment, think analytically, and pay attention to details. You will co-create a quality culture from requirements analysis to production, write automated tests (Playwright/Cypress) for web applications, combine manual and automated tests, and collaborate with the team (code review, pair testing).

Must Have

• Knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Basic test design techniques (equivalence classes, boundary values)
• Understanding of testing levels (unit, integration, system, acceptance)
• Ability to write test cases and report defects
• Practical knowledge of Jira for bug tracking
• Experience with testing web and/or mobile applications
• Basics of TypeScript or Python (reading and modifying code)
• Knowledge of Playwright or Cypress
• Basics of HTTP, REST API and tools like Postman
• English min. B2

Good to Have

• ISTQB Foundation Level
• Basics of application architecture (MVC, microservices)
• Knowledge of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Basics of WCAG
