Must Have
- Studying (Business) Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a similar field of study.
- Initial practical experience in an HR environment, e.g., through internships or working student positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Structured way of working and quick comprehension, maintaining an overview even with changing priorities.
- Interest in modern HR topics, enjoys working in a team, takes responsibility, and is eager to develop.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

What you will move with us:
- Support our Head of People & Culture as well as the HR Business Partners in daily business and ongoing projects.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and interfaces to ensure smooth processes.
- You will take on your own task packages – from research, creation of presentation documents, and preparation and follow-up of employee surveys.
- Support the content preparation of strategic HR topics and participate in the planning and implementation of internal HR projects.
What you bring:
- You are studying (Business) Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a similar field of study.
- Initial practical experience in an HR environment, for example through internships or working student positions.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are characterized by a structured way of working and quick comprehension, and you maintain an overview even with changing priorities.
