Barracuda is seeking an Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement Intern to join their Talent Acquisition Team for Summer 2026. This hybrid role in Campbell, CA involves building employer branding content across various platforms, improving candidate experience, assisting with data tracking, and identifying recruitment process efficiencies. The intern will gain exposure to HR and Marketing departments, contribute to real projects, and develop key skills in the cybersecurity industry.
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Intellectually curious with a passion for learning.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships across business units.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work hybrid in Campbell, CA, with required onsite days Monday and Wednesday.
Good to Have
- Rising Junior or Senior preferred.
- Passion for learning, particularly about AI.
- Experience in content creation or social media.

As an Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement Intern, you will help us build our growing employer branding strategy to attract, hire, and retain great people across the globe. We want a self-starter, passionate about technology (not just AI), and excited to learn something new.
In this role you will gain exposure to our broader HR and Marketing departments. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals cross-functionally, and develop key skills essential within the fast-growing cybersecurity industry for success in the HR sector.
What you'll be working on
- Support building our employer branding content across Barracuda’s Career Page, LinkedIn, Comparably, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding
- Assist with data tracking and reporting on branding and recruiting metrics
- Engage in business-focused projects and present findings
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency
What you bring to the role
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Rising Junior or Seniors preferred
