We work with over 800 sports properties, including Cricket Australia, Premier League, NFL, World Rugby, NBA, ECB, UEFA and Wimbledon. Working as an extension of their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans to drive business growth, as well as creating industry leading content for all platforms.

Our Melbourne office is located at 150 Lonsdale Street, where you will share great moments with 50+ colleagues in the office, working on various projects involving consulting, marketing, rights management and data analysis, as well as content.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Video Production Lead to help evolve our studio offering in APAC, and deliver exceptional digital video content for our rapidly growing list of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all video formats, from broadcast to social and vertical, a passion for storytelling, be comfortable taking a lead role in growing the department and show a high level of editorial knowledge and creativity in their output.
ROLE SUMMARY
- Lead the APAC video production team, overseeing all creative video output across our sports-focused clients.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, collaborating closely with clients, creative teams, and client services to ensure exceptional content delivery.
- Work in partnership with the Video Leads and Heads of Department to produce high-quality content that meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Ensure consistency in quality control, style, and tone across diverse client projects, focusing on sports narratives.
- Coordinate deliverables for each content piece, ensuring they align with production schedules and client objectives (e.g., formats, lengths, teasers, etc.). Creating storyboards and directing shoots.
- Ideate, create and execute cutting-edge video concepts that drive engagement and meet client KPIs, particularly on social platforms.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas, leveraging the latest social and sports media trends.
- Collaborate with the Two Circle global video production team to expand the studio's capabilities, streamline workflows, and innovate production processes.
- Contribute to developing new business opportunities by providing creative insights and production expertise

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least five years in video production, with a track record of leading and delivering high-impact content that drives results.
- Proven ability to strategically plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all resources are efficiently utilized and deadlines and budgets are consistently met.
- Experience in guiding video content from concept to completion, with hands-on participation in every stage of the creative process.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and nurturing a creative team to achieve their highest potential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, vital for fostering solid relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Includes effective coordination across teams and adept management of client expectations.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a knack for navigating unexpected challenges and keeping projects on track with innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting engaging sports narratives through video, with a passion for original and innovative approaches.
- In-depth knowledge of optimizing video content for social media, including expertise in vertical video production and awareness of the latest trends in digital content.
