Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration & Global Mobility Specialist to drive Moloco’s global mobility program and support the immigration program. In this critical role, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations while scaling immigration and relocation initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional employee experience, balancing compliance and operational excellence to support our growing global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a collaborative partner to the Head of Immigration & Global Mobility, providing direct support in executing strategic initiatives, driving program excellence, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders on immigration and global mobility matters, providing clear guidance that enables talent to focus on impact while ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Drive seamless international transfers and mobility processes by partnering with employees, managers, People Partners, and leadership to align business needs with employee experience.
• Oversee immigration lifecycle management — including visa expirations, work authorizations, and status updates — to reduce risk, avoid disruptions, and support business continuity.
• Partner with external legal counsel and vendors to ensure timely, compliant immigration processing that supports Moloco’s ability to attract and retain top global talent.
• Build and continuously improve knowledge resources and process documentation, empowering both employees and internal teams with clarity and confidence in mobility programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance immigration and mobility operations by leveraging AI fluency and innovative tools to optimize workflows, drive scalability, and improve efficiency across the Global Mobility & Immigration programs
• Analyze program metrics to uncover insights, provide leadership with data-driven recommendations, and influence the evolution of global mobility and immigration strategies.
• Own the I-9 re-verification process for foreign nationals, ensuring compliance while minimizing friction for employees.
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain accurate data in Workday, safeguarding Moloco’s operational and legal integrity.
• Provide employees with expert resources for business visa applications, enabling global teams to travel and collaborate effectively.
• Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen Moloco’s ability to scale its global workforce and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
• Champion Employee Experience. Ensure every process, policy, and system reflects empathy, equity, and a people-first mindset.
• Approach challenges with curiosity and a bias for action, leading with a learning mindset, asking the right questions, and strategically planning based on learnings & subject matter expertise

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in global mobility or immigration related roles
• Strong knowledge of immigration and global mobility practices
• Deep understanding of U.S. immigration matters including H-1B, F-1, TN, L-1, O-1 and permanent residency process
• Excellent communication, written, verbal, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of global immigration laws, visa categories, and work authorization requirements
• Familiarity with managing processes to enable technology - examples include: Workday, CultureAmp, Google Suite, Slack, etc
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly dynamic start-up

Pay Rate: $72 / Hour
