Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities:

 Our consultants work with client’s leadership teams
and drive strategic and operational initiatives,
implement innovative solutions, measure results and
ensure performance meets desired targets.
 Job responsibilities include activities driven towards
producing results, working directly with client teams,
preparing work plans, facilitating client teams across
levels to ensure alignment and decisions, supporting
proposal and business development, and
participating in other firm building activities.
 Work as part of a team of solution
designers assisting clients solve their complex
business problems from strategy to execution. 
 Play key role in all aspects of client engagement
including data gathering, hypothesis development,
analysing and synthesizing data to draw insights,
design solutions and drive implementation.

Mandatory skill sets:  Essential Skills:

1. The role requires front ending client engagement,
leading client cross-functional teams and
interaction with senior management stakeholders

Preferred skill sets:  Desirable Skills:

1. Deep understanding of functional processes, KPIs,
drivers for performance

2. Good understanding of the regulatory and
compliance requirements, including exposure to
managing cGMP compliance 
3. Deep analytical and quantitative problem solving
capabilities  
4. Strong communication (written and oral) skills 
5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams  
 Good to have:
1. Experience with digital technologies
and process automation   
2. Prior consulting experience 

Years of experience required: 6+ yrs

• From Consulting Firms/ Experience
• Experience in leading large transformational projects
and large teams
• Experience in managing projects end-to-end and
leading consulting teams.

Education qualification:  MBA from a premier business school with

exceptional academic track record
