Must have:
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to understand security requirements.
  • Design and maintain security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and access control standards across Workday modules.
  • Document security requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.
  • Monitor and audit security configurations for governance policy alignment.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and security best practices.
  • Participate in Agile/SAFe development cycles and contribute to solutioning discussions.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Workday Security configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday’s security framework.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Awareness of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
  • SAP HCM

Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to understand security requirements and translate them into effective Workday Security configurations.
  • Design and maintain security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and access control standards across Workday modules.
  • Document security requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.
  • Monitor and audit security configurations to ensure alignment with governance policies.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and security best practices.
  • Participate in Agile/SAFe development cycles and contribute to solutioning discussions.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • 4–8 years of experience in Workday Security configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday’s security framework and cross-functional capabilities.
  • Experience in documenting and implementing security requirements.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Awareness of data protection regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred skill sets:

  • Workday Security Certification
  • Exposure to other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll)
  • Experience with audit and compliance processes

Years of experience required:

4–9 years

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
