Job Description

As our Inbound and Inventory Lead, you will drive and enhance our Inbound DC procedures. This pivotal role ensures efficient day-to-day coordination with local teams, enhances Inbound distribution flows, and leads process improvements across Inventory levels. This position strengthens our global DC strategy, supporting Axon’s mission to protect life through smarter, faster, and more reliable operations. At Axon, we are explorers pursuing critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software, working together with candor and care.
Must have:
  • Lead all inbound activities including inspecting, receiving, put away and coordination with freight forwarders.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of received goods in the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain and lead proper inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with the outbound Team, logistics and manufacturing to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
  • Lead and ensure FIFO methods are being followed.
  • Perform transfer movements physically and systematically.
  • Monitor and generate KPI reports to track performance across the department.
  • Lead and fulfill safety regulations, warehouse policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping and assist in regular 5S audits.
  • Support outbound if necessary as one team.
  • Lead operational meetings.

Your Impact

As our Inbound and Inventory Lead, you will drive and enhance our Inbound DC procedures. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient day-to-day coordination with the local teams, enhancing Inbound distribution flows, and leading process improvements across our Inventory levels. This position will play a key role in strengthening our global DC strategy—supporting our mission to protect life through smarter, faster, and more reliable operations.

What You’ll Do

Location: Onsite at our Dietzenbach office

Reports to: Regional Manager Logistics

Direct Reports: None

  • Lead all inbound activities including inspecting, receiving, put away as well as coordination with freight forwarders if necessary.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of received goods in the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain and Lead proper inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts as well as inventory audits.

What You Bring

  • +3 years in working in a warehouse environment.
  • Great knowledge of warehouse management system.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23kgs and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
  • Highly motivated individual who thinks big and can bring in own ideas.
