Applied Materials is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a permanent position in the Grenoble region. You will join a maintenance team responsible for ensuring the maximum availability of our equipment in the client's cleanroom. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and applying diagnostic techniques to resolve equipment failures. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures and document interventions using SAP and MS Office. This is a challenging role in a high-tech industrial environment, offering significant opportunities for skill development.
Must have:
  • Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of Applied Materials equipment in the client's cleanroom, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Learn and apply diagnostic techniques to resolve equipment failures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures and methods.
  • Write detailed intervention reports using SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, alternating day/night, weekday/weekend, to provide 24/7 technical support.

Position based in Bernin, Grenoble region.

Applied Materials is recruiting its future Industrial Maintenance Technician on a permanent contract.

Within a team reporting to a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our equipment installed in our client's cleanroom to ensure their maximum availability for production. In this context, you will work alongside maintenance technicians and engineers to develop your skills and technical knowledge within a high-tech industrial environment.

Your main missions:

  • You ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of Applied Materials equipment in the client's cleanroom, respecting current safety and quality standards.
  • You learn and apply diagnostic techniques to resolve equipment failures.
  • You participate in the continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures and methods.
  • You write detailed intervention reports using SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ...).

Your profile:

  • With a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in maintenance, mechanics, electrotechnics, instrumentation, etc., you have initial operational experience.
  • You have a strong interest in technical fields and enjoy working on site.
  • You are rigorous and methodical in carrying out your maintenance operations.
  • You enjoy teamwork.
  • Your English level allows you to read and understand technical procedures.

You will work 12-hour shifts, alternating day/night, weekday/weekend, to provide 24/7 technical support to our client. 28-day work cycle including 14 working days and 14 rest days.

  • Our remuneration package is structured as follows:

o 13-month base salary

o Transport bonus of 500€/month

o Team bonus representing 35% of base salary

o Performance bonus targeted at 10% of base salary
