The role involves acquiring and developing relationships with major institutional/VIP clients, expanding existing customer relationships through sustained communication, and understanding client needs. Responsibilities include building key customer service processes, analyzing user behavior to provide optimal solutions, and working with various departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of sales and client services experience in international finance (banking, investments) with a portfolio of institutional clients. Strong communication, relationship maintenance, and sales skills are essential, along with a passion for crypto.

Responsibilities
  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
  • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions


Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
  • Fluency English and a native language is preferred
