As an Integrated Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll leverage your prior experience in a digital marketing role to develop new and exciting campaign strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing campaigns adhere to best practices, compliance regulations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll bring creative and innovative campaigns to life, while driving new user acquisition and customer engagement.
What you’ll do as an Integrated Marketing Senior Associate
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Jackpocket Lottery app, with a focus on increasing engagement and driving user activation.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Product, CRM, RevOps, Partnerships, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and bring consumer-centric marketing solutions to life.
- Develop compelling marketing and creative briefs that guide internal teams and external agencies toward impactful, on-brand campaigns.
- Leverage data to inform storytelling and campaign strategies, translating complex metrics into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Support project planning and execution by organizing cross-functional campaign kickoffs, managing timelines, and enabling go-to-market excellence through marketing toolkits.
- Ensure marketing campaigns adhere to compliance regulations and reflect a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Help shape the long-term vision for integrated marketing within the Lottery business by identifying new opportunities and contributing to process improvements.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing or product-focused environment; experience with social media marketing is a plus.
- A proactive, highly organized approach with strong project management skills and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with proficiency in Google Slides for creating polished presentations.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions; experience with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
