Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Integration Support Engineer at our expanding Technology and Development center in Krakow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in a vibrant technology-driven environment. As an Integration Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional customer service in the dynamic world of game development.

What You'll Do:

  • Providing timely and efficient support to address day-to-day inquiries and service requests from our valued clients.
  • Tracking and meticulously following up on reported bugs, glitches, and issues encountered by clients, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions to their operations.
  • Continuously refining and enhancing the processes, procedures, and tools utilized in client support operations to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively resolving simple technical tasks and inquiries while efficiently escalating more complex issues to other departments for further investigation and resolution.

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in English (min. B2): A high level of proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential for effectively communicating with customers.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine desire to help customers and ensure their satisfaction, with a focus on delivering personalized support and building positive relationships.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels in a clear, concise, and courteous manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and provide effective solutions, often in real-time.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, and work schedules, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a 24/7 gaming environment.

  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with customers' concerns and demonstrate patience and understanding while resolving issues, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to Ongoing Learning: Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning and professional development within the company's framework.
  • Basic understanding of technology: Unix systems, MySQL, Restless API, HTTP, JavaScript.

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of cloud platforms, online gaming operations, and technical terminology to assist customers with account management, gameplay, and technical issues.
  • Previous Gaming Experience: Prior experience as a gamer or familiarity with different gaming platforms and genres can provide valuable insights into customer preferences and enhance the ability to relate to gamers' need.
