Job Summary
The Integrations Architect will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal Product Management to implement valuable solutions, specifically focusing on integration technologies within Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or AP Automation. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, designing solution architectures, delivering integrations, establishing data transformations, and implementing Single Sign-On. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an understanding of web technologies and SaaS solutions. The role is based in EMEA and offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-growth organization.
Must Have
- 3-10 years of consulting experience in solution architecture.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting business needs.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Impact of Technical Architect to Coupa:
Coupa's Professional Services Teams collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers. We are now looking to add a knowledgeable Technical Architect with experience of working with integration technologies in the Procurement, Supply Chain and/or AP Automation space to our team in EMEA to manage the successful delivery of integration projects at Coupa.

What You'll Do:
- Work with customers to understand and determine implementation solution architecture, taking into consideration integration needs and constraints
- Analyse and translate business, information and technical requirements into a blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives
- Consult with customers and deliver integration with upstream, downstream, and workflow applications
- Assist the Coupa Solution Architects in the analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, technology, etc.
- Establish a blueprint and deliver data transformations, to map customer data into Coupa’s data model and establish appropriate ETL’s to transform data
- Consult and implement Single Sign-On in customer environments
- Contribute to Integration Governance related initiatives in Coupa
- 3-10 years of consulting experience as part of a product company or systems integration consultancy, especially in solution architecture
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application, data and solution requirements
- Ability to problem solve

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
