Job Description

The School of Automation Testing is an Endava initiative for individuals aged 18+ seeking to enhance their knowledge and experience in automation testing. Participants will gain practical experience with automation concepts, tools, and methodologies, preparing them for future quality assurance roles. The program includes two live evening sessions per week and requires additional self-learning time. Main responsibilities include active participation in sessions and dedicating time to lectures and homework.
Must Have:
  • Participate in every live session

  • Familiarity with at least one OOP programming language
  • Prior technical experience or completed courses (e.g. manual QA or another related IT role)

Job Description

  • Start date: November 3rd, 2025
  • Duration: 6 months (until May 3rd)
  • Locations: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Ruse
  • Format: Online
  • Schedule: Two live evening sessions per week; additional self-learning time is required.

🎯About the Program

We’re launching the School of Automation Testing, an Endava initiative for individuals 18+ looking to grow their knowledge and experience in automation testing. Supported by local Endava trainers, participants will gain practical experience with automation concepts, tools, and methodologies, preparing them for future roles in quality assurance.

Live sessions will be held twice a week after working hours, making the program suitable for working professionals who wish to advance their skills. Graduates who excel in the program will have the chance to explore career opportunities at Endava.

✅ Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in every live session.
  • Allocate enough self-learning time for lectures and homework.

Participants will:

  • Build a strong foundation in software testing principles and QA methodologies.
  • Learn test automation frameworks and scripting using popular tools and the .NET programming language.
  • Gain hands-on experience with real-world case studies and team projects aligned with SDLC stages.
  • Develop critical skills in programming and test automation; strengthen problem-solving abilities; and build a solid understanding of testing fundamentals.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of software development and testing principles.
  • Familiarity with at least one OOP programming language.
  • Prior technical experience or completed courses (e.g. manual QA or another related IT role).
