ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in improving manufacturing processes, including data collection and KPI reporting for efficiency, quality, and capacity planning.
• Support Lean projects and process documentation initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, maintain safety compliance, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

REQUIRED:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Good understanding of basic industrial engineering concepts such as time study, process flow, and productivity analysis.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a manufacturing environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED:
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for simple layout modifications.
Previous project work or coursework related to manufacturing systems.

SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
