Intern, IT Support

Role Dynamics:

This position is aimed at students of technical or technologist level programs in systems, infrastructure, or related areas, enabled to start their productive stage by SENA or the respective institution endorsed by SENA; they will be responsible for supporting and learning about the different administrative functions related to systems, networking, databases, applications, and services areas.

Functions:

• Documentation of system-oriented processes.
• Internal communication.
• Tracking of adoption indicators.
• Tracking of CPIR tasks (post-implementation review of a change)
• Support in daily audits.

Requirements:

• Student of technical or technologist level systems careers.
• Be enabled or have a date letter or presentation letter from the training institution.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook).
• Broadband internet connection and be located in a zone distinguished by zonal planning (Location delimited by Street and Carrera)

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
