International Payroll Manager

What You'll Do

In this role, the International Payroll Manager will work closely with our Senior Manager of Global Payroll to oversee and direct payroll procedures within the UK.

In this role, you will

• Oversee and direct payroll procedures mainly for the UK (Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions) and doing Payroll Analysis for International Payrolls and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policy and procedure, and payroll tax obligations (accurate records and prepare internal and external reporting)
• Oversees systems, platforms and suppliers that process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments)
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
• Manage the Outsourcing and Insourcing of Payrolls focused on the UK to insource from Cloudpay to Workday

What we're looking for

• 5-7 years of experience in Payroll with at least two years in a Manager capacity
• Certified Payroll Professional, Fundamental Payroll Certification, Payroll Technician Certificate, or similar degree in Accounting with experience in Payroll
• Experience with Cloudpay (Platform), Workday and/or as a Project Manager is a plus
• Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
• Experience in MS Word, Excel, Workday, ERP’s, HRIS,etc.
• General knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance in various regions/countries
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of salaries, wages and bonuses of different categories
• Possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality
