Join the General Services team in Bobigny as a project assistant intern! Alongside the General Services Manager, you will actively participate in the coordination and monitoring of major works on the site, operational management of suppliers and service providers, control of orders, updating and monitoring of project planning, and continuous improvement of management tools and procedures.
Must have:
- Coordination and monitoring of major works on the site (developments, renovations, space reorganizations)
- Operational management of suppliers and service providers (quotes, interventions, quality monitoring)
- Control of orders and their proper execution
- Updating and monitoring of ongoing project planning
- Continuous improvement of management tools and procedures
- Organizational skills, rigor, and initiative
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel

Your main missions:
Alongside the General Services Manager, you will actively participate in:
- The coordination and monitoring of major works on the site (developments, renovations, space reorganizations)
- The operational management of suppliers and service providers (quotes, interventions, quality monitoring)
- The control of orders and their proper execution
- The updating and monitoring of the planning of ongoing projects
- The continuous improvement of management tools and procedures
Profile sought:
- Motivated student, interested in project management, organization or general services, of all study levels. Organizational skills, rigor and initiative are essential.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel
This internship will allow you to develop key project management skills in a stimulating tertiary environment, within a large international group.
