Job Description

Valeo is seeking an IT Solution Center Coordinator for its Wemding location. The role involves managing IT hardware, including installation, inventory, and device exchange, as well as providing specialized software. Key responsibilities include coordinating PC and software license asset management, performing error diagnosis, and contributing to continuous improvement. The coordinator will also support production lines, troubleshoot network and PC issues, create documentation, and assist with various IT projects, ensuring adherence to Valeo Quality Standards.

Must Have:

Install and manage new IT hardware from the warehouse pool.
Control and label hardware according to asset forms.
Coordinate device exchange and user communication (cost centers, printers, software).
Provide specialized software and hostnames.
Coordinate asset management for PCs and software licenses.
Perform error diagnosis and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support production lines (commissioning, decommissioning, relocation).
Analyze and resolve production LAN and PC problems.
Create and maintain documentation, implement Valeo Quality Standards (VIQCT).
Support multimedia rooms, visitors, customers, and IT projects.
Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or IT engineer studies.
Minimum 2 years of technical professional experience in information systems.
Fluent German language skills, written and spoken.
Fluent English language skills, written and spoken.

We are looking for YOU as an IT Solution Center Coordinator (m/w/d) for our location in Wemding.

These challenges await you:

Collection and installation of new hardware from the warehouse pool as well as control of the hardware stock in the pool
Control and labeling of hardware according to the asset form
Device exchange and coordination with users (cost centers, printers, software etc.)
Provision of special software, hostname etc.
Coordination of asset management for old and new PCs as well as software licenses
Performing error diagnosis and participation in the continuous improvement process
Support production lines (commissioning, decommissioning, relocation)
Analysis and troubleshooting of problems (production LAN, production PC)
Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as implementation of Valeo Quality Standards (VIQCT)
Support multimedia rooms, visitors and customers and support other IT projects

Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, studies as an IT engineer or comparable professional training with relevant professional experience
At least 2 years of technical professional experience in the field of information systems
Good organizational skills, teamwork and cooperative working style
Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
