- Communicate effectively with customers during critical events and ensure transparency.

What we need to see from you
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a customer-facing support environment.
- Solid understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD and related administration tasks.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural team.
