CIO Office - Internship/Apprenticeship

This internship/apprenticeship in the CIO Office at Valeo involves supporting IT communication, maintaining transversal processes like DRP/BCP and data protection, contributing to IS service management processes (request, asset, incident management), participating in technology watch, and evaluating departmental KPIs. • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Very good French and English skills (oral and written).

We are recruiting an intern/apprentice within the CIO Office.

Your missions:

• Support the communication management of the Information Systems Department via the Group Portal and animate the associated community.
• Participate in the maintenance and monitoring of transversal processes, including the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Data Protection, as well as License and Contract management.
• Contribute to the establishment and management of IS service management processes, notably request management, asset tracking, and incident resolution.
• Participate in technology watch, monitoring and evaluating emerging trends and innovations, to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation.
• Participate in the regular evaluation of the Department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate strategic decisions.

About you:

• You are currently preparing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are eager to learn and develop a solid understanding of SI operations and governance.
• You are highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• You have very good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with different stakeholders.
• You are able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• You have very good French and English skills, both oral and written.
