Job Summary

Candidates with experience in technical support, help desk, desktop support, or telecommunications assistance—and a desire to grow into a specialized public safety communications role—may be an excellent fit.

This position requires a split work schedule, with approximately 50% of time spent in the field providing on-site support at facilities using a shared government operations vehicle, and 50% of time spent at an assigned office location performing system support, documentation, and administrative tasks.
