Must Have
- Guide new hires through benefits enrollment and onboarding experiences.
- Manage and process work visa documentation, maintaining compliance.
- Support compensation and benefits programs, assisting with reconciliations and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate HR records, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
- Create and update HR reports in Excel using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Partner with payroll and finance to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to audits, compliance reporting, and the rollout of HR policies.
- Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) support to employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).

What You’ll Do
