Job Summary

Valeo, a global tech company, is offering a 6-month internship for a Process & Engineering Engineer at its Amiens site, part of the Transmission Systems Product Group. The intern will join the propulsion systems division, focusing on process risk assessment through debugging tests, developing prototype/series manufacturing ranges, and determining industrialization parameters for assembly, screwing, bonding, and measurement processes. This role is for 3rd or 4th-year engineering students with a mechanical specialization and good English skills.

Must Have

  • Identify process risks by implementing and monitoring debugging tests (design of experiments) internally.
  • Develop prototype/series manufacturing ranges.
  • Determine parameters for industrialization.
  • Be in 3rd or 4th year of engineering school with a mechanical specialization.
  • Have a good level of English.

Good to Have

  • Interested in the automotive world and complex systems, and motivated by design challenges.
  • Have skills in CAD practice (especially CATIA).
  • Be rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.

  • Within the Transmission Systems Product Group, the Valeo Amiens site comprises a research center and an industrial site. The research center works, among other things, on the development of transmission systems for the electrification of automotive and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • You will be integrated into the propulsion systems division for a 6-month internship. → Starting February 2026

  • You are in your 3rd or 4th year of an engineering school with a mechanical specialization.
  • You have a good level of English (our environment being highly international, with multi-site teams and world-class clients).
