Process Engineer Intern

This internship focuses on developing an AI interface for real-time analysis and monitoring of raw material consumption. The intern will design and deploy a smart digital tool to track actual consumption of paint, hardener, thinner, and solvents, compare it with theoretical SAP BOM consumption, identify material discrepancies by production batch, shift, and reference, and automatically determine if deviations are due to BOM errors or process issues.

Must Have

Missions to be entrusted:

Design and deploy an intelligent digital tool allowing to:

• ### Monitor in real time the actual consumption of paint, hardener, thinner and solvents (including process data, rinses and waste).
• ### Compare this consumption with the theoretical consumption defined in the SAP BOM.
• ### Identify material discrepancies by production batch, by shift and by reference.
• ### Automatically determine if the discrepancies come from an error in the BOM (incorrect theoretical calculation) or a process problem (excessive losses, frequent tests, etc.).
