Technical Trainee - IS/IT

We are looking for a student or recent graduate interested in IT infrastructure and system administration, focusing on hardware and non-IT technologies like electrical systems and server rooms. The role involves supporting the team in managing and documenting IT infrastructure and audit processes, including server room documentation, inventory updates, IT audit assistance, and project collaboration.

Must Have

• Processing, managing, and maintaining detailed documentation and records for server rooms
• Creating layout plans and designing server room and cabinet layouts
• Unifying environmental monitoring systems (temperature, humidity, security)
• Updating asset inventory and verifying technical specifications
• Assisting with data collection, document preparation, and monitoring action plans for IT audits
• Collaborating on projects for new and existing server rooms
• Student or recent graduate of a technical university
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks) and IT administration (governance, audits)
• Basics in electrical engineering (low voltage, high voltage)
• English language proficiency for regional team communication
• Driving license group B
• Basic knowledge of office tools for record and data management

We are looking for a student or recent graduate interested in IT infrastructure and system administration, who is not primarily focused on programming, but rather on HW and non-IT technologies (electrical, server rooms). The position is focused on supporting the team in the area of IT infrastructure management and documentation and audit processes.

Main activities:

• Documentation and server room management: Processing, management, and maintenance of detailed documentation and records related to server rooms. This includes creating layout plans, designing the layout of server rooms and cabinets, and unifying environmental monitoring systems (temperature, humidity, security)
• Inventory and specifications: Updating asset inventory and verifying technical specifications to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all records
• IT audit support: Active participation in supporting IT audit processes, including assistance with data collection, document preparation, and monitoring the status of action plans (e.g., electricity and cooling audits)
• Projects: Collaboration on projects for new and existing server rooms, from preparation to eventual implementation (improvement)

• Student or recent graduate of a technical university
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks) and IT administration (governance, audits)
• Basics in electrical engineering (low voltage, high voltage)
• English language for communication in the regional team
• Driving license group B
• Basic knowledge of office tools (especially for record and data management)
• Willingness to learn and actively participate in assigned tasks
